Russell Davidson
Principal Architect
Russell was born and raised in Grass Valley, CA, and grew up exploring the surrounding areas. He always had a passion for design and a love for processes and how things are made.
After studying architecture at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo he worked for an award-winning architecture firm in San Francisco. A longing to return to the foothills brought him back to Nevada County where he now lives with his beautiful wife and four children.

Jeff Hineline
Project Architect
Jeff was born and raised in New Jersey. Jeff’s love for the outdoors led him Colorado then San Luis Obispo for college. After graduating, he worked in San Francisco on many prominent multi-family and residential projects. Jeff traded the city life for the peace and quiet of rural Nevada County, where he continues to pursue his passion for design and explore the natural beauty of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
